Notice for Our International Guests Regarding the Summer 2026 Season:

Please be advised that from August 11th to August 15th, 2026, Ueno Village accommodates a massive number of annual memorial attendees dedicated to the historic Japan Airlines Flight 123 crash. Due to this sacred and extreme overcapacity, all premium overnight accommodations are strictly unavailable during this period.

Accordingly, our "2-Day Premium Overnight Course" will officially resume from August 15th onwards. For any booking requests between August 11th and 15th, we are offering our exclusive "1-Day Elite Guiding Course" via day-trip logistics directly from our main workshop.

We highly appreciate your understanding.

Please make sure to book the guide service before booking your accommodation, otherwise the meeting point will be Sakudaira Station.

Especially for those who are new to fly fishing in Japan, we strongly recommend that you book an overnight fishing trip for two or more days. This is due to weather changes, etc. I will arrange the accommodation.

Waders and boots will be charged separately. It is +5000 yen.

Lunch and drinks are not included. Because it is not allowed by Japanese law. we buy on the way.

After booking the guide service, we will decide where to stay. I will reserve accommodation near the place where I will guide. Thank you for your cooperation.

Please be sure to make payment at least 2 weeks before the scheduled date.

Regarding cancellation. Please be sure to contact us if you want to cancel due to customer's convenience. Since we are a small business, we will charge a cancellation fee unless someone else has booked for the same day.

Exclusions: Fishing Licenses, Local Dining/Meals, and Vehicle Fuel Expenses (All settled directly via real-time local cash/card).

🏆 2-Day Premium Overnight Course

Rate: $2,000 USD (Per Person)
Inclusions: 2 Full Days of Private Elite Guiding, Advanced Stealth Tactics Masterclass, and Exclusive Access Rights to Custom Rod Order Consultations.
Exclusions: Luxury Accommodations (e.g., Villa Seseragi Onsem hotel or,/ Fujinoya, no onsen), Dining/Gibier Feast, Fishing Licenses, and Fuel Expenses.
(Note: To maintain absolute compliance with legal/travel regulations, all lodging and dining reservations are fully arranged by us as a hospitality service, but the actual payments must be settled directly to the venues via the guest’s personal credit card at checkout).

🔒 Booking & Reservation Policy

For Group Bookings (2 or More Guests): Rates are calculated on a per-person basis (Rate × Number of Guests).
Due to extremely limited guiding dates and our rigid custom rod building slots, we operate strictly on a first-come, first-served basis. Secure your reservation slot in advance through our e-mail below.

We cannot provide refunds for cancellations due to customer convenience, regardless of the reason.
