To ensure the highest quality of completely bespoke guiding, private logistics, and custom material preparation, we strictly enforce a "Non-Refundable" policy upon booking.
1. GUIDED TOURS & EXPEDITIONS * Payment: 100% of the total tour fee is required at the time of booking to officially secure your requested dates and private guiding itinerary. * Cancellation Policy: All bookings are strictly 100% non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstances, including cancellations by the guest, emergency changes, or No-Shows. * Recommendation: We highly recommend that all international guests purchase comprehensive Travel Insurance to protect against unforeseen alterations to your itinerary. * Severe Weather & Dangerous River Conditions: If the tour is officially deemed completely unsafe due to extreme weather or hazardous river conditions, a full credit for a future reschedule will be offered.
2. CUSTOM BAMBOO ROD ORDERS * Payment: A 100% upfront payment is required to secure your custom build slot, finalize your bespoke specifications, and initiate the hand-crafting process. * Cancellation Policy: Once the splitting and planing process of the premium bamboo has begun, the order is 100% non-refundable.
